Storm Damage
If your property has been subjected to recent storms, your roof, siding, gutters and even windows can be damaged by wind and hail. Due to sever weather, thousands of homes are damaged every year…damage that is most likely covered by your homeowners’ insurance policy.
Hail Damage
When a Hail storms hit your home, damage can occur. Wind can compromise the water protecting ability of your roofing shingles even to the point of tearing the shingles off your roof. Hail can dent and crack the surface of the shingle compromising it ability to protect, and keep water out. Depending on the size of the hail hitting your home will determine the type and extent of damage.
Hail hitting aluminum gutters and siding can cause damage even if the size of hail is small. Combined with wind, hail can achieve a velocity great enough to result in damage to the appearance of the siding, and even compromise the integrity of the structure if left unattended over time. The larger the hail, the more damage, and the extent can cross multiple home systems like roofing shingles, siding, gutters and even windows.
